Directions for use:
The flakes are an excellent addition to yoghurt, smoothies. They are used to thicken a sauce or soup. Ideal as an ingredient in breadcrumbs as well as meat or vegetable stuffing.
They also work well as:
-an alternative to cheese,
-a topping for salads or potatoes,
-an addition to pasta dishes,
- an alternative to salt, e.g. in sandwiches.
