Intenson Erythritol - sweetener
Intenson Erythritol - sweetener
Natural 0-calorie sweetener for cooking and baking!
It is used for baking and cooking, thus reducing the calorie content of the food being prepared. It prevents tooth decay. Once ingested, it is quickly eliminated from the body. Can be used by diabetics. It has the advantage that, even when consumed in large quantities, it does not have a laxative effect.
It does not raise blood glucose levels
The human body does not have enzymes that digest erythritol. It is absorbed into the bloodstream and then excreted unchanged. As a result, it does not raise blood glucose levels or affect insulin secretion. It also has no effect on cholesterol or triglyceride levels. Due to these properties, it is an excellent alternative to sugar for diabetics or people struggling with metabolic disorders.
Does not cause tooth decay
Dental bacteria love sweets of all kinds, as this gives them the necessary energy to reproduce, which in turn leads to tooth decay. However, they are unable to digest erythritol, so it does not provide a breeding ground for harmful bacteria. Some studies show a positive effect of erythritol on oral health, reducing harmful bacteria.
Does not irritate the digestive system
Erythritol is absorbed immediately in the small intestine, so it does not irritate the digestive system or cause diarrhoea or indigestion like other jarred substances.
