Directions for use:
Grind the seeds or grind them in a mortar. Thistle powder can also be added to soups, vegetable dishes, muesli, dairy products (yoghurt, kefir, cottage cheese), bread and fruit cocktails.
It can also be used in the form of an infusion: pour 1 teaspoon of powder over 1 cup of hot water and heat slowly to boiling. Simmer gently under a lid for about 5-10 minutes. Set aside for 15 minutes and then strain. Drink the brewed liquid in three portions per day.
It is recommended to consume up to 2 teaspoons of spotted thistle per day.
Not recommended for infants and young children.
