Flax is one of the longest cultivated edible plants. Ground flax is obtained from a special variety of golden flax. It is an ideal addition to a daily balanced diet.

Directions for use:
Use as an addition to soups, sauces, smoothies, muesli, etc. Can be consumed in the form of gruel: Pour 3/4 cup of hot water over 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed. Allow to stand for a few minutes, stirring frequently until the consistency of gruel is reached. It may be consumed up to 2 or 3 times a day with the addition of milk, fruit, juice, yoghurt or honey, or may be sweetened or salted.
Storage: Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place in a tightly closed container.
