Key ingredients:
- Whey protein WPC 80 is easily absorbed by the body, meaning it quickly delivers amino acids to the muscles after training. It helps build and regenerate muscle tissue and supports repair processes in the body.
- Oatmeal is a source of complex carbohydrates and fibre. When consumed regularly, they stabilise blood sugar levels and help maintain normal cholesterol levels (thanks to their beta-glucan content).
- Ginkgo biloba or ginkgo biloba. It enhances cognitive function, improves memory and supports good mental balance.

Method of preparation:
Preparing SMART MEAL is incredibly easy and will take you less than a minute.
Whole serving: Pour 100 g of product (2 scoops) into 400 ml of milk/vegetable drink or water. Stir for 15 seconds.
Half Portion: Pour 50 g of product (1 measuring spoon) into 200 ml of milk/vegetable drink or water. Stir for 15 seconds.
Store at room temperature in a dry place in a tightly closed container.
