Olini Black cumin oil
Olini Black cumin oil
Natural support for immunity! A bomb of bioactive ingredients!
Nigella seed oil cold-pressed at no more than 35°C, always fresh. Like other cold-pressed oils, it is natural, unpurified and unrefined, so it retains all its nutritional value. It is made from carefully selected nigella seeds. It is one of the oils most often chosen by parents.
For whom: Not recommended for pregnant women or children under the age of one.
Colour and taste: Black cumin oil has a spicy, distinctive taste. Depending on the batch of seeds, the oil may vary in colour, flavour and turbidity. It can be black, dark green or light or straw-coloured and milder or sharper to the palate. These differences do not affect its properties.
The vegetable oils are pressed in the oil mill in small batches, always fresh, from the best quality seeds.
Properties:
Nigella seed oil is characterised by its high content of unsaturated fatty acids. They account for as much as 83.93% of its total fatty acids! Of these, 59.52% are polyunsaturated fatty acids:
- 57.08% is linoleic acid (LA) of the omega-6 type
- 2.44% is alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) of the omega-3 family
Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Linoleic acid (LA) is beneficial in maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. A positive effect occurs when 10 g of LA is consumed daily. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) has a similar effect on maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. A beneficial effect occurs when 2 g of ALA is consumed daily.
Maintaining good health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Olini cold-pressed nigella oil has high levels of thymoquinone. This is confirmed by research conducted by the Institute of Food Technology and Analysis of the Technical University of Lodz, using the UHPLC-DAD method. The thymoquinone level in this nigella oil is 11.49 mg/g*, which can attest to its high nutraceutical value.
Application:
The oil straight from the spoon can be drunk at any time of the day. Some prefer breakfast time, others the evening.
When can I start giving my child black cumin oil? Nigella oil can be included in the diet of a one-year-old child.
The recommended daily use of Olini Nigella Oil:

Nigella oil is not a medical device or a medicinal product, but a food product.
How to use cold-pressed cumin oil?
Mixed with juice or syrup, e.g. raspberry, elderberry, sea buckthorn or raspberry mousse, etc.
As an addition to yoghurt, fruit cocktails or cream soups.
Sweetened with honey, maple syrup or agave syrup
In a shake made from honey, lemon juice and raspberry syrup
In dishes - in salads or snacks (The oil should not be used for cooking, baking or frying, as it loses its valuable properties when heated)
If the oil stands still for a long time, sediment can settle to the bottom of the bottle. Sedimentation of the sediment in cumin oil is a natural process. Before use, the bottle can be shaken gently to agitate the sediment. Nigella oil needs to be stored in the fridge (at around 4-10 degrees) before and after opening.
