Brain Coffee features a very natural, delicate taste. It is devoid of acidity and bitterness and has a subtly sweet, chocolatey aroma and flavour. Mushrooms are not perceptible there either in taste or smell.

Key ingredients:

- Arabica coffee - beans sourced from Mexico, with a delicate complex aroma featuring chocolate, caramel and spice notes. It is devoid of acidity and bitterness and its flavour bouquet is dominated by sweetness.

- Ginkgo bilboa is otherwise known as ginkgo bilboa. It enhances cognitive function, improves memory and promotes good mental balance.

- Niacin also known as vitamin B3. Reduces feelings of fatigue and tiredness and supports the proper functioning of the nervous system.

- Teanina is an amino acid found naturally in green tea leaves. It relieves stress and soothes the nerves. It has a nootropic effect, i.e. it improves cognitive function.

- Yarrowia lipolytica is an innovative type of inactive and unconventional yeast. Certified as Novel Food.

- Choline, also known as vitamin B4, has many important functions in the body. It is responsible for the development of the nervous system, normal cognitive functions and memory function.

Method of preparation: 

Dissolve 2 teaspoons of the product (6 g) in 250 ml of water or milk. Brain Coffee dissolves easily in both cold and hot water (or milk), but make sure the temperature does not exceed 80°C.

Experiment to find your favourite flavour - add a healthy natural sweetener, frothed milk or make an ice latte.

Recommended daily amount for Instant Coffee - 18 g (3 servings). Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
