The food supplement HappyMe is a combination of adaptogens, minerals and substances with a synergistic effect on many levels - neurotransmitters, hormones. It contains extracts from Chinese citronella and rhodiola rosea, which are considered to be adaptogenic plants. Key ingredients:

- Chinese Citronella is a very well-known and valued plant in Traditional Chinese Medicine with adaptogenic and health-promoting effects, containing a range of active substances. It improves mood, mental 'immunity' and helps to better cope with stress. It is a powerful antioxidant and improves cognitive function.

- Betaine is an organic chemical compound from the group of amino acids. It supports liver function and regeneration and is involved in creatine synthesis.

- Magnesium plays a very important role in our organism, among others it contributes to the reduction of the feeling of tiredness and staleness and helps in the correct functioning of the nervous system and muscles. The combination of acetyltaurine and magnesium is one of the better bioavailable forms.

- Acetylated form of L-carnitine (ALCAR) is naturally produced by the human body. As a substance with a nootropic effect, it has a high bioavailability and absorption rate.

- Rhodiola rosea is an adaptogenic plant which supports mood improvement, so it is excellent for stressed people. It is responsible for stimulating vital functions, especially physical and intellectual ones. Together with Chinese citronella it creates a combination with a synergistic effect.

- Methionine, right after cysteine, is a proteinogenic amino acid containing sulphur, and is essential for organisms to live. Methionine is very important for our organism, as it is involved in the majority of metabolic processes, and is responsible for the correct growth of tissues and the production of immune cells. It is also crucial in the production of glutathione, one of the most powerful antioxidants. 

- Cyticoline is a compound consisting of cytidine and choline. It is a naturally occurring, endogenous precursor of phosphatidylcholine, the basic building block of cell membrane phospholipids.

Recommended intake:

Adults: 2 capsules 2 times a day - during or after a meal

Has HappyMe been tested?

All Health Labs Care supplements have been tested for mold, yeast, bacteria (including presence of Escherichia coli, presence of Staphylococcus aureus, presence of Salmonella), and PAHs (sum of (Benzo[a]anthracene, Benzo[β]fluoranthene, Chrysene and Benzo[α]pyrene) and Benzo[α]pyrene), as well as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury). Tests on each batch of supplements are carried out in an independent and certified J.S. Hamilton Poland laboratory, which meets the highest quality standards, confirmed among others by the Polish Centre for Accreditation and membership of national and international organisations such as FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations) and GAFTA (Grain & Feed Trade Association).

When to take HappyMe - before, after or with a meal? 

Use food supplements according to the information on the packaging and label. It is recommended to take HealthLabs products always after meals, to reduce the likelihood of any gastrointestinal discomfort. It is not recommended to consume coffee, strong tea, caffeinated beverages, or alcohol immediately after taking the dietary supplements.

Can I combine HappyMe with other HealthLabs products?

The HappyMe food supplement can be combined with all Health Labs Care products except the DetoxMe supplement, whose ingredients may interact with those in HappyMe, and in the case of the other herbal supplements (SlimMe, RestMe), caution should be exercised and consumption at once should be avoided.

Can pregnant and breastfeeding women take HappyMe?

LittleMe and OmegaMe Prenatal supplement has been developed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is a basic set of supplements that contains ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as those planning pregnancy.
