Directions for use:

Apply the scrub to damp body skin. Massage in circular motions for a while, then wash off with warm water. After drying your skin, apply a multifunctional body butter or lotion.

Use 2-3 times a week. Those with sensitive skin should lean towards less frequent use, while those with thicker skin may opt for more frequent use. However, a minimum interval of 1 day between uses is recommended.
