Sweet and thick, it's great in summer as an addition to lemon lemonade and in winter as a sweet for a warming tea.

Colour and taste: The syrup is light in colour. It tastes intense, sweet and fruity. It is naturally cloudy.
It is made from natural juice and not concentrate. To maintain freshness for longer, the syrup has been pasteurised.
Properties:
Elderflowers, small inconspicuous with a beautiful fragrance indicative of spring in bloom, are a real source of valuable ingredients. They contain, among others, phenolic and organic acids, flavonoids, triterpenes, mineral salts, essential oils, sterols and tannins. All of this means that elderflowers have quite a few health-promoting properties - they have antiviral and purgative effects, prevent migraines and have a diaphoretic effect.
Elderflower syrup is made by macerating sun-harvested flowers. It is said that when properly prepared (elderflowers, full of pollen, the right water and amount of sugar), the syrup can act as a diuretic and diastolic as well as a diaphoretic and can complement the treatment of a cold or flu.
Application:
The syrup can be diluted in any beverage, used as a sweet sauce for pancakes, an addition to dairy preparations or desserts. Use it as:
a sweet addition to tea,
an ingredient in lemonade,
an addition to warming drinks,
a sauce for ice cream,
a sauce for fruit,
