The SmartMe supplement formula is based on the beneficial ethyl esters from a blend of evening primrose, linseed, hemp and rosehip plant oils, as well as vitamins A, E and D. Vitamin A helps to maintain healthy skin, vitamin E protects cells from oxidative stress and vitamin D further supports the immune system. ALA (alpha linolenic acid), in addition to supporting skin health (improved skin hydration, skin tone, increased regeneration), also has a beneficial effect in terms of increasing cellular sensitivity to insulin, as confirmed by numerous scientific publications. Thanks to the biologically active form of the ingredients with high absorbability, the SmartMe supplements the daily diet with Omega 3 fatty acids (ALA), vitamin A, E and D. The supplement uses the EVNol SupraBio™ system, which ensures greater absorption of vitamin E (tocotrienols) during oral supplementation.

Key ingredients:

- Vitamin E helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.

- Vitamin A takes part in the proper functioning of the immune system and additionally helps to maintain the proper condition of mucous membranes and has a positive effect on the condition of our skin.

- Vitamin D3 is necessary for the proper work of the nervous, immune and muscular systems. It also regulates the calcium-phosphorus balance in the body by balancing the abnormal calcium-phosphorus ratio.

Has SmartMe been tested?

All Health Labs Care supplements have been tested for mold, yeast, bacteria (including presence of Escherichia coli, presence of Staphylococcus aureus, presence of Salmonella), and PAHs (sum of (Benzo[a]anthracene, Benzo[β]fluoranthene, Chrysene and Benzo[α]pyrene) and Benzo[α]pyrene), as well as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury). Vitamin A supplements (e.g. NewMe, SmartMe, GlowMe) are not recommended during laser treatments.

With which other HealthLabs supplements can SmartMe be combined?

You can use the food supplement SmartMe with all of our supplements. However, pay attention to whether there is too much vitamin A and E in your diet and other supplements you take (excess of these vitamins can cause hypervitaminosis and associated side effects such as nausea, headaches, muscle weakness, etc.).

What is the shelf life of the SmartMe supplement?

SmartMe has a shelf life of 12 months (for the sealed product), while from the moment of opening the bottle, it is recommended to consume within 2. months and store at refrigerated temperature.

Why should SmartMe be stored in a refrigerator?

For the safety of the product immediately after opening, it is recommended to keep in the refrigerator. In a product stored after opening at room temperature, rancidity processes occur much faster. If the taste of the product is noticeably bitter, it can be assumed that the acid and peroxide values have increased significantly.

What does the 25-(OH)D test recommended for NewMe and SmartMe mean?

The test consists in determining the concentration of the first hydroxy derivative of vitamin D: calcidiol [25(OH)D], which is regarded as a marker for the body's vitamin D requirements. The test is important in order to assess the level of vitamin D in the body and the actual requirement, and to correctly initiate a possible diagnosis.

Can pregnant and breastfeeding women use SmartMe?

LittleMe and OmegaMe Prenatal supplement has been developed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is a basic set of supplements that contains ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as those planning pregnancy.
